The purpose of the Marshall Fundamental PTSA is to support the teachers, staff, students, and parents of Marshall Fundamental Secondary School.

How can you be involved?

►Become an active member of the PTSA - Join and help us make a difference at our school:

• Annual membership is $6.00 per member.
• PTSA Association meetings for 2010/2011are: Wed Oct 13, Feb 9, and April 20 (annual joint PTSA/ELAC/School Site Council).
• PTSA Board meetings are held monthly 6:30 p.m. in the Library
  Board Meeting dates for 2010/11: Sept. 15, Nov 10, Dec 8, Jan. 12, March 9, May 11, June 8.

►Staff Appreciation:

• 2-3 times a year we show our staff how much we appreciate them by hosting a luncheon, with food donated by our Marshall families.
  • Fall Staff Appreciation/Welcome Back Luncheon: Thursday October 7
  • Sweet Treats: Tuesday December 21

►Wish List/classroom and campus needs:

• With the help of donations from Marshall families and local businesses, the PTSA purchases classroom supplies and wish list items for teachers and/or staff. The PTSA also supports the school library.

►Support Fundraising:

Register your grocery club and debit/credit cards at eScrip and participating merchants (Grocery: Vons, HOWS, Bristol Farms and Pavilions) will donate 4% of your purchases to the Marshall PTSA. To sign up, go to http://www.escrip.com. Select Marshall Fundamental PTSA or use our Group I.D #6533670.  Many online retailers participate in eScrip when you shop through the

Look for the yellow School Bus tag between August 11th and September 14th and purchase over 2,000 participating products. To find participating items, simply look for yellow School Bus tags throughout the store, pick up the in-store flyer or download the flyer. Use your Club Card to buy participating items and 10% of the price will go to the school of your choice (learn more about eScrip or sign up). Check your receipt for details throughout the program. Your total will be updated every shopping trip. For three weeks starting on September 18th a redemption code will be printed at the bottom of your receipt.

Ralph's Rewards Community Contributions Program
Register your Ralph's Rewards card at Ralphs.com (click on the Ralph's Reward logo (top left)
Step 1 "create a new account" then sign up for a Ralphs Account by entering zip code, clicking on favorite store, entering your email address and creating a password, enter your Ralph's card number and personal information, agreeing to the terms and conditions then 'Complete Registration'.
Step 2: You will then get a message to check your email inbox and click on the link within the body of the email. Click on My Account and use your email address and password to proceed to the next step.
Step 3: Click on Edit Community Contribution information and input Marshall PTSA's 5 digit NPO number 92005, click search, select your organization and save changes.

Recycle your ink/toner cartridges:  The PTSA is collecting used cartridges for recycling. Drop off your cartridges in the main office

Box Tops for Education:
Clip Box Top coupons from any of the 300 participating General Mills products (click logo above to see list of products). Every coupon is worth 10¢. Bring your Box Tops to the main office.
